Reservation Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Package rates are based on the pax bedding capacity stated per room/villa; additional guests beyond this are charged an extra-pax fee per head.

Check-in and Check-out Times

• Overnight Package (22 hrs): Check-in 2:00 PM, Check-out 12:00 NN (next day)
• Day Tour (8 hrs): Check-in 9:00 AM, Check-out 5:00 PM
• Night Tour (12 hrs): Check-in 7:00 PM, Check-out 7:00 AM (next day)
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Rates

• Weekday rates apply Monday–Thursday; Weekend rates apply Friday–Sunday.
• Weekend rates also apply during holidays and peak season.
• All prices are exclusive of 12% VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Policy

• Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, GCash (add/remove as applicable).
• A security deposit may be required upon arrival to cover incidental damages.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival, for standard bookings.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to one full night's/package stay.
• Bookings made under a non-refundable or promotional rate cannot be canceled or modified.

Changes to Bookings

• Rebooking to a different date is subject to availability and current rates at the time of the change; a rebooking fee may apply.
• Changes to room/villa type or guest count are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.

Guest Responsibility

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for the lead guest.
• Guests must not exceed the maximum sleep capacity stated for their booked room/villa.
• Guests are expected to observe respectful conduct and are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for the supervision and safety of children and pets, if applicable.

Use of Facilities

• Facilities such as the swimming pool, basketball half-court, billiard/dart area, and kid's play area are included with your stay and used at guests' own risk.
• Optional add-ons (Pavilion/Dome rental, Balcony rental, Fishing Cabana, Outdoor Videoke) are available for an additional fee — inquire for rates.
• Gas stove use (Gasul) is charged ₱500/day; charcoal for the BBQ grill is purchased separately.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not permitted inside villas/rooms. Please use designated outdoor areas.

Privacy Policy

• Information collected during booking is used solely for reservation and operational purposes and is not shared with third parties.
